Cancellations and changes are free of charge up to two weeks before arrival, after which you pay 100% of the fare. In the event of an accident or illness, you can claim on your cancellation insurance (via your credit card). If you do not have cancellation insurance, please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to come. If we are able to rent your room (for the same period or part of it), we will refund the amount we received.
